The only part of what you are asking for that is actually in Jellyfin is user accounts, which it does support. Each user can even have different libraries, so the kids aren't watching House of 1000 Corpses.

I just think if you want to claim to be all about V4V the model doesn't allow you to set prices. Any amount is up to the person who chose to donate and whatever number they picked for whatever reason is their business. If the totals are too low for you to be happy with, you need to make better content. Of course pointing out the git gud angle of V4V was not well received.
