I see why you brought that up! I do that sometimes, just not in any formal fashion, just if I'm thinking about something a lot and need to get it off my mind. I spend too much time typing at a keyboard that I can't write longhand anymore, or even cursive. I have trouble even signing papers. I just don't have the muscles for it, and the strain causes stress on my carpal tunnel.
