Thanks for this personal take from you. The world is too complex for such naive takes like the state is corrupt and every individual is great.
- The state can act together with its citizen.
- Individuals can act antisocial.
But we have to create social contracts, which force the state to listen. To force the state to be the people and the people to take care of their surrounding. And through this be the state.
I really think direct democracy will work everywhere. Maby there is better systems (I do not know). But for sure it is a better political system then representative democracy. Everyone is free to have his or her own oppinion on this.
