I used some kinda leather glue. But it's so dumb the way it is. When it's light out I'll send you some pictures.
I'm thinking you'd have to pry apart the leather from the rubber sole, stitch the toe loop part down instead of gluing, then glue the sole back. If I tried I could probably figure it out too haha.
