nostriches are addicted to their npubs
this is probably because bitcoiners are addicted to their keys, and most nostriches are bitcoin maxis
these bitcoin maxis dont understand, that npubs dont matter
npubs are enemy of anonymity
using same npub twice or more, creates identifiable profile
but like we can see from design of bitcoin protocol, bitcoiners are not interested in anonymity. rather, they are more than willing to reveal all their financial transactions to public as well
by using nostr signing extension, your full online activity is linked to single id (npub)
if you use vpn and you once leak your ip by mistake, your full online id has been compromised
however,
if you were to use different npub for each note
anyone observing your notes, need would need some high tech information analytics tools to find out all of your writings
