referencing to events with short human readable strings
using ascii string "tesd6" converts to hex "7465736436"
this prefix provides 40 bit of pow protection for very short and human readable string
it is possible to do vanity mining for this short string "tesd6". i did 3 character vanity mining for this, so "tes" is predefined, and "d6" is derived from generated event id hex.
what is this useful for?
for reasonably good short linking. strength is of course adjustable.
