it was half irony, altho the party of viktor orban is definitely closely connected to russia (and also bffs with netanyahu and trump as well) so we can say that right now europe has a fully russia led state inside and it effects europe in the long run, but yeah it is definitely not the most important stuff but will have effect on ukraine-russia-eu-usa-israel connections somewhat i guess
